2025 Taiwan Fellowship application will be open from May 1 to June 30, 2024.

Taiwan Fellowship offers research grants from 3 to 12 months to foreign scholars, who would like to conduct research in Taiwan. Eligible topics include Taiwan, cross-strait relations, Asia-Pacific studies, and sinology. We welcome research topics related to Taiwan government's major policies, regional security, countering disinformation and misinformation, science and technology diplomacy and global supply chain resilience.

北歐向來給人遠離城市紛擾、靜謐的感覺，正如雖然位在台北市，依然有著獨特個性的大稻埕。此次由台灣獨家銷售 Nikari 的 𝖩𝖮𝖲𝖴𝖨𝖺，藉由 𝖭𝖨𝖪𝖠𝖱𝖨 正式進駐台灣的契機，聯手芬蘭台灣燈具品牌 KIMU design studio | 柒木設計，選定位於大稻埕的百年街屋，於 𝟣𝟣.𝟣𝟢 – 𝟣𝟣.𝟣𝟫 推出《𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 野生藍莓的孤獨不寂寞》品牌體驗展。

「𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 野生藍莓的孤獨不寂寞野生藍莓的孤獨不寂寞」體驗展的靈感來源，是因為 𝟣𝟫𝟨𝟩 年披頭四樂團（𝖳𝗁𝖾 𝖡𝖾𝖺𝗍𝗅𝖾𝗌 ）發行經典單曲 ⟨𝖲𝗍𝗋𝖺𝗐𝖻𝖾𝗋𝗋𝗒 𝖥𝗂𝖾𝗅𝖽𝗌 𝖥𝗈𝗋𝖾𝗏𝖾𝗋⟩ ，而當時木藝大師 𝖪𝖺𝗋𝗂 𝖵𝗂𝗋𝗍𝖺𝗇𝖾𝗇 也在芬蘭創立了 𝖭𝖨𝖪𝖠𝖱𝖨。藉由芬蘭森林隨處可見的野生藍莓（𝖡𝗂𝗅𝖻𝖾𝗋𝗋𝗒），傳達 𝖭𝖨𝖪𝖠𝖱𝖨 品牌特有的自然與安定純淨，且呼應披頭四樂團「草莓地」所象徵的兒時家園與成年人的心靈歸屬，展覽名稱「𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫」油然而生。

此次「𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 野生藍莓的孤獨不寂寞」體驗展，以芬蘭實木家具品牌 𝖭𝖨𝖪𝖠𝖱𝖨 與芬蘭台灣品牌 𝖪𝖨𝖬𝖴 柒木燈具為主角，打造出包括空間、家具、聲音、美食與文學等，不同觀感的沉浸式體驗，讓觀展者真的能在現場「坐」下來「停留」幾分鐘，透過現場探索的過程，抽離紛擾社會情緒，打開五感，好好享受。

#空間：結合 𝖭𝖨𝖪𝖠𝖱𝖨 木質家具的溫潤基調，還有 𝖪𝖨𝖬𝖴 柒木燈具營造的溫暖光線，打造有如「走入森林秘境」生活在大自然的閒適悠然。現場將展出包括全球最佳餐廳 𝖭𝗈𝗆𝖺 及 𝖡𝗅𝗎𝖾 𝖡𝗈𝗍𝗍𝗅𝖾 𝖢𝗈𝖿𝖿𝖾𝖾（藍瓶咖啡）選用的品牌經典之作「𝖣𝖾𝖼𝖾𝗆𝖻𝖾𝗋 𝖢𝗁𝖺𝗂𝗋」、今年米蘭家具展最新發表的家具單品，以及 𝖪𝖨𝖬𝖴 柒木尚未正式上市的「紙牛奶燈」等各系列燈具，還有活動限定獨家配色「扇變屏風」。希望觀展者穿越入口的光影小徑後，能透過現場探索的過程，抽離紛擾社會情緒，享受一段自我的時間。

"Human.:II: Nature" is the ninth studio album released by Finnish symphonic metal band "Nightwish". The album was released worldwide on April 10 in 2020 through the German label Nuclear Blast Records. This is Nightwish's first two-disc work and the second crossover rather than pure metal album. After three years of non-stop world tour with hundreds of performances, the last Asian show of this album will be in Taipei on March 31, 2023. ''Taiwan-Finland Precision Health Seminar'' was successfully organized on May 20. We are thankful to co-organize this event with Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries Promotion Office (BPIPO), and we also want to thank all the speakers for bringing us such inspiring insights and solutions.

Finland is in the forefront of data-driven precision health. As one of the first countries to compile social and welfare data in digital registries, and with a 100% population pe*******on in electronic health records, Finland's digital health data is globally unique when it comes to their scope and depth.

Taiwan, on the other hand, regards precision health as one of its six core strategic industries with its comprehensive national health insurance (NHI) system that has been collecting digital medical records for decades, as well as its strong ICT industry as the bedrock for precision medicine and excellent R&D in information science.

We look forward to seeing more dialogue between Finland and Taiwan in this area. Finnish companies can definitely help for the development of precision health in Taiwan.
