REESE'S™ Pieces™ Halloween Cookie Bars😋

◾Ingredients
▶1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
▶Vegetable oil, water and egg called for on the cookie mix pouch
▶3/4 cup REESE'S™ Pieces™ peanut butter candy in a crunchy shell
▶3/4cup REESE'S™ Peanut Butter Chips
▶1 tablespoon Betty Crocker™ Candy Shop candy eyeballs
◾Steps
▶Heat oven to 350°F.
▶Spray the bottom and sides of the 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
▶In a large bowl, mix cookie mix, oil, water and egg with a spoon until soft dough forms.
▶ Stir in 1/2 cup of the REESE'S™ Pieces™ peanut butter candy and the peanut butter chips.
▶Press dough in the bottom of pan.
▶ Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup REESE'S™ Pieces™ peanut butter candy.
▶Bake for 16 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
▶ Immediately place candy eyeballs randomly over top; press slightly into the dough. ▶Cool completely on the cooling rack, for about 1 hour.
▶Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store in an airtight container.

◾Recipe Ingredients:
▶️3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup unsalted butter- melted, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup M&M’S Milk Chocolate- divided and 6 regular marshmallows
◾Directions:
Prep Time: 15 minutes|| Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes (+30 minutes standing time)
▶️Preheat oven to 350°F.
▶️Grease 8-inch square pan and line with parchment paper, with paper overhanging edges.
▶️In medium bowl, whisk together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and salt.
▶️In large bowl, stir together melted butter and brown sugar until well combined. ▶️Using an electric mixer, beat in in egg and vanilla until incorporated.
▶️Stir in flour mixture until just combined.
▶️Fold in 1/3 cup M&M’S Milk Chocolate. Scrape batter into prepared baking pan; smooth top.
▶️Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out with just a few moist crumbs clinging to it.
▶️Let blondies cool completely on wire rack, then remove from pan.
▶️Cut into bars.
▶️In microwave-safe bowl, microwave marshmallows on MEDIUM heat for 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
▶️Stir well until deflated.
▶️Let cool slightly.
▶️Carefully dip fingers into melted marshmallow and stretch until thin and web-like, draping over blondies to create a cobweb effect.
▶️Sprinkle with remaining M&M’S.
