DOMAINE BONNARDOT is a family winery in Bonnecontre, near the Citeaux Abbey in Burgundy 🇫🇷

"We do not use selected yeasts or enzymes, our wines are natural and spontaneous fermentations (indigenous yeasts). After pressing, the wines are put into oak barrels for aging for 12 to 18 months." – Ludovic and Emilien of Domaine Bonnardot.

They allow nature to make the wine with little human intervention, using only manural harvesting methods. Each bottle is a true expression of the terroir; with climate, vintage, and soil in which they were created.
