Bismillah..
I have not been updating this page for quite a bit due to other commitments.
But today, i am compelled to create an awareness so that other Shopee sellers will not be cheated by this buyer too.
In summary, a buyer (sk76f4bkes) placed order for 3 stationery items from my Shopee platform. I packed the order personally and sent out the parcel on the very same day (26 Dec). Her parcel was ready for collection the next day and she collected it (at Shopee collection point on 27 Dec). She requested for refund at 1am 28 Dec citing "receive wrong item". And the photo proof she sent was a PRIME bottled drink. I dont even sell bottled drinks from Shopee! 🤦🏻♀️. And i know what i packed ok. That's when i realise this buyer is out to claim so and so in order to get her money back and keep the items to herself.
Of course i dispute the claim. But Shopee's process requires certain things from seller which is out of my hands. So most likely Shopee will approve the buyer's claim and I have to suck thumb. This waste my time, effort and resources to push out orders. On top of that, I lose money and it affects my shop performance on Shopee.
Money aside, I hope you guys can share this to your family and friends who are selling on Shopee platform. Be wary of this buyer. A habitual fraudster will get greedy and her purchase power might increase too!
She didnt want to get caught easily so did not opt for doorstep delivery, collect at collection point instead. Her collection point is at 447A Bukit Batok West Ave 9. Just be wary ok.
