If wines were songs, what would you listen to? What would be your preferred Message In The Bottle? A cuvée from Le Brun Servenay would be an Oldie, derived from old vines, vinified with extended cellaring. The key would be in Chardonnay, from the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant and Oger. The lyrics would speak of honesty, being true to the terroir full of limestone. A hopeless Romantic, that makes you fall in love over and over again.
