What defines the Roederer House is this family approach of constant quest for creativity with a long term vision as time is very important for a wine. Cristal built, or is born with DNA that enables it to age remarkably well. Having been a wine built on its purity - mainly white limestone soils, Crystal’s DNA is built from 45 plots in the Domaine, to attain wines with this perfect finesse, everlasting freshness and crafting these soft, caressing bubbles. 22 years on, Cristal Vinothèque is more “Cristal” than the original.
