With the holiday season fast approaching, here are 3 TIPS for you to AVOID getting too drunk!🎄🎅🏻🍻

1: ‘Stay within your Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) limit of 0.06’
Keeping to your BAC limit puts you right in the sweet spot, allowing you to experience the highs of drinking without much of the negative effects. For an a average male who weighs 80kg, 2 bottles of Soju drank over 2 hours will keep him well within his BAC limit. Your BAC limit may differ due to factors such gender and weight, so use a BAC calculator!

TIP #2: Avoid drinking on an empty stomach
Food in the stomach slows down alcohol absorption into the blood stream and can help keep your BAC level low.

Tip #3: ‘Pace Yourself’
Drinking too quickly can result in the build-up of alcohol in the bloodstream and get you drunk way too soon.
