Dear Friends, Customers, Followers & Colleagues of Queen Ginya Group,
We thank you for all your support over the years, riding with us through ups and downs, including the pandemic period and economic downturn. Many of us have come together and formed a strong community, becoming more than just customers, suppliers and colleagues. You all have given us a huge, heart-warming family, and we are very grateful to everyone.
Recently, it has come to our attention that, due to one of our employee's spur of financial worries, that she made an error of taking up a loan from overseas. We were not sure if the lender is licensed or unlicensed. However, we strongly do not encourage anyone to borrow from dubious sources. In fact, if we knew any of our colleagues who engaged in such financial activity, we would have provide counselling and look for ways to assist. Unfortunately in this recent case, we were caught unaware.
Since early April, our company has come under "nasty attacks" from these "debt collectors", who not only went after the staff involved, but also our company.
The following was what they did which continued to present:
- Spamming all our outlets and HQ with phonecalls, demanding payments without giving specifics. When asked to discuss face to face, they evaded.
- Flooding our social media accounts with unprofessional and false remarks by creating and using multiple fake accounts, "cyber-bullying", "blackmailing" and "extorting" us to pay a fictitious amount which the company has never borrowed before.
- Sending "threats" and "defaming" the boss, including the family members, and other innocent staffs of the company.
With what they did, we are quite sure they probably ain't licensed nor legit.
Police report has been made, as shown below. We have provided all the evidences that we have to them. From their initial investigation, this syndicate(s), seems to have based in overseas. We have faith in our Singapore Police Force, that they will do their best, to assist us in stopping these unlawful activities, not only for our company but also for innocent people who can potentially be their predatory lending targets in future.
We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused to our customers, followers and colleagues, who have witnessed these discomforting posts on social media. We will do our best to stop all these nonsense and stay strong during this period of atrocious and abhorrent cyber bullying and extortion.
Thank you everyone for continuing to believe, support and assist us.
