Since our inception in 1995, Tti Testing Laboratories has grown into a powerhouse of expertise, now operating 11 state-of-the-art laboratories across Pakistan. Our diverse and dynamic team—comprising Textile and Apparel experts, Leather and PPE specialists, Analytical Chemists, Microbiologists, Molecular Biologists, Food Technologists, Environmental Scientists, Sustainability Experts, Agricultural Specialists, Pharmaceutical Teams, and Engineering Consultants—has made this journey possible.

Milestones from 2024
- Pioneering Certification Services: Expanded our product certification capabilities, including CE Certification for European markets and SFDA and SASO SABER for Saudi Arabia.
- Sustainability Leadership: Launched the Tti Sustainability Centre, supporting clients in GHG inventory management, emissions calculations (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), and engineering solutions like pollution control devices and effluent treatment plants.
- Global Recognition: Achieved accreditations for Testing in accordance to ZDHC MRSL 3.1 and ZDHC Wastewater 2.1, supporting sustainable practices in textile and apparel production.
- Agricultural Excellence: Advanced pesticide testing for products like rice, vegetables, mangoes, and spices, collaborating with the Plant Protection Department to ensure reliable testing for exporters entering European markets.
- Innovation in Fiber Testing: Developed identification capabilities for h**p, linen, and banana fibers.

- Supported university research with advanced analysis, paving the way for brighter resource for the industry .
- Ambient Air Monitoring: Operationalized a mobile USEPA Ambient Air Monitoring Van to provide robust surveillance services.

📢 Final Day at the International Saudi halal expo 2024 – A Resounding Success!

As we wrap up an inspiring journey at the Saudi International Halal Expo, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who visited and connected with us over the past few days. Riyadh has truly exemplified its role as a global center for consumer products.

Our final day included impactful conversations on “The Importance of Testing in Ensuring Consumer Safety.” Through each interaction, we emphasized the role of rigorous testing and standards in safeguarding halal integrity for food, textiles, leather, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. We’re proud of our contribution to developing and implementing halal standards alongside PSQCA and international organizations, working tirelessly to expand trust in halal-certified products across the Gulf and beyond.

📢 Day 2 Highlights from the Saudi International Halal Expo 2024

It was a fantastic second day at the Saudi International Halal Expo! We had the pleasure of connecting with a large number of customers and potential partners, all welcoming us with open arms. Riyadh is truly emerging as a global hub for consumer products, reflecting a bright future for the halal industry.

We were honored to present on the critical topic, “The Importance of Thorough Testing in Consumer Safety and Meeting Halal Standards.” During this special event, we highlighted the importance of standardization across consumer products, from food and beverages to textiles, leather, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.

As a founding member in Pakistan, Tti Testing Laboratories, in collaboration with PSQCA, has played a key role in developing and implementing halal standards. Our efforts focus on ensuring that halal standards are comprehensive, covering diverse consumer sectors not only in Saudi Arabia but also across the Gulf region, enhancing product integrity and consumer trust.

All booths were beautifully set, and the administration and hospitality were top-notch, making it a seamless experience for everyone involved.

🌍 Thank You, Department of Food Science & Technology, FOST-UCP, Lahore. for Hosting an Insightful World Food Day 2024! 🌍

We are grateful to Dr Kanza Awan for inviting us to participate in this impactful event . Mr. Belal Jahjooh Lead for Gender, Nutrition, and Enabling Environment at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), served as the chief guest. His presentation provided a deep dive into the pressing issues surrounding food security, emphasizing the immense potential within Pakistan if key supply chain challenges are addressed. The key takeaways from the session were: ‘Eat Authentic,’ ‘Food for Everyone,’ ‘Sustainable Agriculture,’ and ‘Food Security.’ These messages remind us all that knowing what we eat is not just important—it’s a basic human right.

It was a pleasure to witness the insightful presentations by Zohaib Jamil Divisional Manager at Metro, who provided a deep understanding of supply chain issues, and Mr. Muhammad Sohaib, Country Quality Manager at Carrefour, whose excellent presentation highlighted critical food safety and food security concerns. Above all, Dr. Ubaid ur Rahman’s engaging presentation left a lasting impact, helping students understand their basic right to know what they eat and to ‘Eat Authentic.’

Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), which aims to end hunger, achieve food security, and promote sustainable agriculture, Tti Testing Laboratories plays a critical role in supporting these global objectives. Through rigorous testing for contaminants like pesticides, heavy metals, and microbiological hazards, we help ensure the quality and safety of food products, protecting consumers from health risks.
