Si Ramon ay isang Grab Food rider na buong araw nang nagde-deliver ng pagkain sa mga iba't ibang sulok ng lungsod. Sa kalagitnaan ng kanyang abalang araw, tumigil siya sa isang Jollibee outlet upang maghintay ng kanyang susunod na order. Hindi nagtagal, may isang customer na nag-order ng isang malaking combo meal.

Masaya si Ramon dahil malaki-laki ang magiging tip niya sa order na ito. Ngunit sa kanyang pagdating sa bahay ng customer, laking gulat niya nang malaman na kinansela pala ito. Nagtataka man at medyo dismayado, hindi na siya nagreklamo. Alam ni Ramon na kahit mayroong reimbursement mula sa Grab Food para sa mga kinanselang order, matagal at komplikado ang proseso.

Sa halip na magmukmok, umupo si Ramon sa tabi ng Jollibee outlet, binuksan ang packaging ng pagkain, at sinimulang kainin ito. Habang kumakain, napansin niyang may ilang tao sa paligid na tila naaawa sa kanya. May mga bumubulong at nagtatanong kung bakit niya kinakain ang kinanselang order.

Isang matandang babae ang lumapit kay Ramon at nagsabing, "Anak, hindi ka dapat ganyan tratuhin. Sana'y magkaroon ng karma ang gumawa sa'yo nito."

Ngumiti lang si Ramon at sinabi, "Ayos lang po, Nay. Mahalaga, hindi masayang ang pagkain. Minsan, may mga bagay talagang hindi natin kontrolado, pero sa bandang huli, tayo rin ang magpapasya kung paano natin ito haharapin."
