- about 10 minutes away from Island City Mall (ICM) by tricycle

- 4 T&B and 4 extra bathrooms (common)

- spacious laundry area
- two water tanks (1,100 liters each)
- clean toilet and bathrooms (maintained by landlady)
- two washing areas aside from sink in communal dining area
- sari-sari store

(FAN ROOMS ONLY, NO AIRCON)

Due to the fixed bed configuration (bunk beds), our boarding house is not fit for families.

The Pink House accepts long-term and transient boarders. It is near the Holy Name University (HNU) High School Campus in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

Accessible Location:
- 5 minutes walking distance to the HNU High school campus entrance
- about 10 minutes away from Island City Mall (ICM) by tricycle

Features:
