LIQUOR BAN ALERT
Magpapatupad ng Liquor Ban mula October 19, 2023 to October 30, 2023 sa Lalawigan ng Cavite batay sa Provincial Ordinance No. 421-2023.
Layunin ng ordinansang ito na pansamantalang ipagbawal ang pagbebenta, pamimigay, at pagkonsumo ng beer, alak, at mga inuming may alkohol sa buong Lalawigan ng Cavite sa panahon ng BSKE 2023 upang itaguyod ang kaligtasan at kaayusan ng publiko.
Simuman ang mahuling lumabag sa nasabing ordinansa ay haharap sa karampatang kaparusahan,
1st OFFENSE- violators of this ordinance for the first time will be referred to the nearest barangay hall or police station with a fine of Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000.00);
2nd OFFENSE- violators of this ordinance for the second time will be fined amounting to Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000.00);
3rd and subsequent OFFENSE- violators of this ordinance for the third time and every time
thereafter, shall be penalized with a fine of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) or imprisonment of Six (6) months;
Sama-sama tayong sumunod sa alituntuning ito para sa ating kabutihan.
