Ang kaganapan na ito ay gagawing mas espesyal dahil ang pawikan releasing ay tatampukan ng basbas mula pangunguna ng IFI St. Sebastian Cathedral. Kasama rin nating sasalubungin ang unang batch ng mga pawikan hatchlings na ire-release ang ating mahal na Mayor La Rainne Abad-Sarmiento bilang pormal na pagbubukas ng Pawikan Season!
