ANO POSSIBLE MANGYARE SA SOFTSERVE MACHINE KUNG WALANG CLEANING MAINTENANCE 6MONTHS PATAAS?

1.)Matagal mag freeze - cause ng sobrang dumi na ng machine sa loob kya hirap si unit na e reach yung saktong temp sa tamang oras.

2.)Malambot ang ice cream or halos tunaw na - Nagkaroon ng leak sa freon dahil sa dumi. Pag madumi matagal ma reach ang temp, matagal nakaandar si compressor kaya nagkakaroon ng maliliit na butas resulta leak.

3.)MALAKING GASTOS - Pag nagkaroon ng problema si unit dahil sa freon or compressor issue expect ka ng malaking gastos. Possible cost pag matindi ng ang sira ng unit mo dahil sa tagal mong magpa maintenance:

A.)System reprocess - 4500
B.)Compressor repair - 6000
C.)Compressor replacement brandnew - 10k to 15k
D.)Cleaning - 1500
E.)Rubber replacement all rubber - 1500
F.)Gearbox problem - 3500

Normally yan ang nagiging issue pag hindi natin na maintain ng maayus ang unit or walang cleaning almost 1 year.

Alagaan po natin ang unit natin kasi yan po ay investment natin. Hindi po biro ang negosyong ito, lalo na hindi biro ang pagnenegosyo.

Ang pinaka malaking mali ng karamihan ay nagpapa cleaning kung kelan may malaking sira na ang unit or hindi na kayang mag produce ng ice cream. Tapos pag nagpa aayus ayaw magbayad kasi mahal daw.

Mahal talaga magpa ayus at hindi biro ang pag aayus. Minsan ang pagtitipid natin sa maintenance ang nagiging rason bakit napapagastos tayo ng malaki.

Lastly, wag natin e sisi sa iba na kesyo mahal ang pag ayus dahil kung ginawa mo din ang part mo bilang owner ay maiiwasan sana natin ang malaking gastos sa repair.

Cleaning maintenance - 1500 every 3 months. Kung iisipin natin 500 per month na maintenance fee. Dapat mau budget la para dito, isama mo sa expense budget mo para hindi mo mapapabayaan ang negosyo mo.

Wag po natin maliitin ang negosyong softserve business. Dahil hindi po maliit ang gastos sa repair😂
