So here's a quick summary of what we did to the Galant VR4 these past few weeks:

-di na divorced suspension ko, reconciled na!
- May powersteering leak, pinabaklas ko and rebuild yung steering assembly.
- Nirebuild powersteering pump kasi may leak
- nawalan gas noob kasi ako haha
- single digit na aircon, lamig!!
- alignment kasi binaklas steering assembly
- deadening ng pintuan and sidings shopee racing

Onti onti na nagiging road worthy next target is magka sounds na para pwede na ulit mag Clair Marlo sa loob ng naka 3-way full active!

May fuel pressure issues parin ako pero manageable na di na biglaan bumababa and mamamatay yung oto. Ngayon mag lean gradually tapos mapapansin ko sa AFR then tatabi lang ako to adjust --- hassle but atleast nagagamit ko yung oto ng matagal lalo na ngayon down yung daily natin.

2013 Toyota Landcruiser Prado dual SPAL brushless fan installation.

REASON FOR BUYING
"Nakita ko yung video nyo sa Tiktok na maingay na Pajero tapos naisip ko gusto ko din nyan sa dalawang oto ko. GUSTO KO TUNOG C130!!!" HAHAHAHA walang problema yung oto ni client gusto nya lang talaga magpa install.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

5.9°c aircon temperature

Malamig yung aircon ni client kahit sira yung stock condenser fan nya. Infact, di nga nya alam na sira until susukatan na sana namin. Nagulat na lang sya na sira kaya sabi nya "sakto pala na nasira kasi papalitan na sya"

AFTER INSTALLATION

5.0°c aircon temperature

GRABE nadagdagan ng 279% airflow volume capacity yung buong oto! From 2881 CFM to 8055 CFM di lang nadoble almost triple pa from stock airflow volume capacity! Ang main goal lang natin talaga is umingay yung oto kasi gusto ni client mag tunog C130 pag padating na sya nyahahaha You can never have too much airflow!

Yung aircon temp din nag improve from 5.9°c to 5.0°c. Lumamig ng 0.9°c yung oto dahil sa dual SPAL brushless fan. Grabe!!

WHAT WE DID
Naginstall kami ng dual SPAL brushless fan. Nakita nyo naman sobrang linis din ng install namin. Nung una kinabahan kami baka di magkasya dalawa but don't underestimate two men na alipin ng salapi kaya naging creative si Brian sa pag install. Sobrang happy and satisfied ni client sa ginawa namin sa Prado nya that he said gawin din natin sa Hilux ko!

2015 Chevrolet Spin SPAL brushless fan installation

REASON FOR BUYING
Nagheatsoak yung oto. Mainit sa tanghali and walang lamig pag traffic pero okay okay sa gabi and pag umaandar na. Nagtanong na sya nung 2024 and we explained na airflow problem nya but namahalan and decided to have another shop na maginstall ng ibang system sakanya. After 3 months tumawag ulit and explained what happened dun sa ginawa sakanya nilagyan sya ng ibang radiator fan na mas maliit from 16 inch stock fan to 14 inch then sinira yung stock shroud nya to fit yung 14 inch rad fan. Pinalitan din compressor nya and nag dual condenser fan pero magkaibang size 12 inch and 10 inch and he ended up paying more than what i actually quoted him for tapos di parin nasolve yung problem nya so nagpaschedule sya ng install for a single SPAL brushless fan. Dumating sya satin nag heatsoak yung oto to 17°c.

AFTER INSTALLATION

WHAT WE OBSERVED
Sayang hindi namin nakuhaan ng stock airflow volume yung 16 inches na inalis kaya hindi pwedeng gawin baseline data ng mga Spin owners tong data namin but at 3000 CFM total airflow volume dapat okay na yung oto kaso baka sa Spin kulang pa talaga yun.

WHAT WE DID
Naglagay kami ng isang SPAL brushless fan tapos nag increase yung total airflow volume capacity ng oto ng 1000 CFM and that was enough para maeliminate yung heatsoak nung oto.

REASON FOR BUYING:
Nagheatsoak daw yung oto and gusto lang din nya talaga maglagay ng SPAL brushless fan kasi naglagay din sya sa GT86 nya ng tatlo e. Haha

Nagimprove naman yung aircon temp nya as seen sa mga photos and yung feedback nya after ng install maganda naman. Ang bilis lang nainstall ni Master Galant of the universe Brian kasi lagpas 100 Galants na ata dumaan sakanya haha kaya kabisado nya nut and bolt kahit naka pikit pa e.

Sobrang saya ko kasi as a fellow Galant owner meron parin nagtatapon ng pera sa Galant nila kahit walang resale value haha sama-sama na lang tayo mag all-in. Next nyan AWD naman! Hahaha

REASON FOR INSTALLATION
Nakita nya na tayo before pero tapos sinabi daw nya sa utol nya pakabit sya sa Cedia nya tapos sya naman. Wala naman sya problema sa aircon pero yung Cedia ng utol nya meron hilaw onti kaya test daw muna nila yung SPAL brushless fan sa Cedia ni utol --- eh lumamig yung Cedia. Nagpa schedule na sya satin kasi gusto din daw nya magpalagay ng SPAL kahit wala sya problema sa aircon.

Yes, negative! NE. GA. TIVE. 3.1°c. holy @ #$_& ang lamig ng aircon nya SOBRA! Pinakamalamig na nasukatan namin! -3.1°c ano yun dapat may snow na dito sa loob diba? Si Santa Clause ba driver neto? Ho! Ho! Ho! Eto na ata bagong sleigh ni Santa Clause hahaha anyway kinabahan ako 1st time kasi mapapalamig pa ba talaga natin to? And 1st time ko nag doubt sa Fluke 51ii thermometer namin! Kaya nga ako bumili ng sobrang mahal na thermometer is because we want accuracy like no other shop can provide tapos biglang mag negative? Haha grabe!

More than double nagawa namin sa airflow volume capacity ng before installation! Haha so ang tanong ng lahat is ilan yung aircon?

-6.4°c aircon temp after installation!! Haha successful kami kasi napalamig pa namin yung SOBRANG lamig na! Nakahinga ako kasi akala ko di namin maiimprove!

Nagulat si client sa mga nangyari! Hindi rin sya makapaniwala na napalamig pa namin yung malamig, yung bago kami naginstall wala syang idea na negative yung aircon nya sabi nya kaya pala sobrang lamig ng aircon ko nasa North Pole pala ako! Haha

Anyway thank you for reading. We obviously have no explanation as to why is his aircon this cold but this might be the coldest vehicle roaming the streets of Manila!
