Hello Everyone! Due to overwhelming Client's query, please allow us some time to respond to all questions in the queue. Also to those who are asking some frequently asked questions you may find answers below;
FAQ:

• WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
- Into the Woods Arts & Crafts is located at Molino Bacoor, Cavite
- Our Workshop is home base only, here we engrave and do our products.
- For visits, kindly inform us ahead to check for available date and time. Note that we do not keep actual samples of our items; on your visit we can only show you our actual current orders.
• HOW TO ORDER?
- Once decided, kindly complete the order form that we will provide to finalize your orders. Billing statement and Payment details will also be provided upon finalizing order.
• MODE OF PAYMENT
- We accept payment via BPI, BDO, CIMB, or GCash, Please inform us if ever you prefer money transfer or other payment channels.
- 50% DOWNPAYMENT is required to start lay-outing, engraving and production.
- Please note that WE DO NOT HAVE COD (Cash-on-delivery) since our products are made to order and laser engraving is permanent, non-editable and non-removable.
- Final Payment should be settled before delivery or upon pick-up.
• LAYOUTING AND DESIGN
- Once DP is settled, you may send us your preferred layout, content or design.
- Within 3-5days we will generate layout base on the details you have provided, please note that we do our lay-outing per batch that is why it takes time.
- Layout will be sent to Client for approval, once approve it will be line-up for production.
• ORDER LEAD-TIME
- Lead-time is 2weeks to 1 Month upon DP.
- For some items or low quantity orders, production can be less than 1 Month.
- We accept rush orders depends on schedule availability, kindly send us a message to check if we can cater your target delivery date.
• DELIVERY
- Shipping fee is shouldered by Client
- We deliver via J&T, JRS, LBC or Lalamove.
- We suggest J&T since they have cheapest rates; min rate Luzon – 190pesos, Visayas – 250pesos, Mindanao – 320pesos (subject to change without notice)(base on 3kilos volume weight)
• PICK-UP AT SPRINGVILLE MOLINO, BACOOR ONLY
- For Pick-up, please inform us ahead to check for available date and time.
