From tradition to innovation, Yves Lambert and his son Arnaud have redefined winemaking since the domaine’s founding in 1996. At 47, Arnaud pursued his viticulture and oenology degree, joining his father in 2005 to manage the Château de Brézé vineyards. By 2012, their vineyards were certified organic, and in 2018, they embraced biodynamics to better understand their terroir and the ecosystems surrounding it.

Arnaud’s inventive techniques, like tressage (folding vine foliage) and extended oak aging, ensure their wines remain fresh and vibrant despite a changing climate. Each cuvée reflects a deep respect for the land and a passion for crafting wines that speak of place and purity.

This is more than winemaking—it’s a legacy of sustainability, precision, and the true essence of the Loire Valley.
