Mga mahalagang paalala:
1) Ang nasabing programa ay limitado ang kapasidad.
2) Bawal ang walk-in registration. Ang mga kumpirmadong appointment lamang ang ia-accommodate ng aming team.
3) Ang mga kumpirmadong appointment ay makakatanggap ng tawag at confirmation code mula sa aming coordinators.
4) Isang guardian o caregiver lamang ang maaring pumasok kasama ng pasyente sa nasabing gym.
5) Required ang vaccination information (card) at facemask ng parehong pasyente at guardian/caregiver bago makapasok sa gym.
