Cooking Idea for Tofu and Enoki

Tofu and Enoki Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
1 package enoki mushrooms, trimmed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chili, sliced
1 spring onion or cilantro, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add tofu and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Add enoki mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add garlic and chili, and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
Return tofu to the wok.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch, and water.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and mushrooms, and stir until thickened.
Garnish with spring onion or cilantro if desired and serve hot.
