Chateau Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de
Lalande is located in the Pauillac region.

Chateau Lalande was split from Chateau Pichon and inherited the title of Chateau Pichon 1855 Médoc Second Growth.
Between 1686 and 1689, Bordeaux capitalist Pierre deMazure de Rauzan purchased land near Chateau Latour and established the Rauzan vineyard. Pierre gave the vineyard as his daughter. Therese’s dowry, these vineyards became the original vineyards of Chateau Pichon, thus beginning the journey of becoming one of the largest wineries in Bordeaux.
Due to inheritance, Chateau Pichon was divided into two parts: the Baron and the Baroness. In the early days, the two wineries operated as a whole. However, after Haoul's death in 1860, the Baron and Baroness wineries officially separated and operated independently.
In 2007, Louis Roederer became the new owner of the Maison.
