Qualifications:
The student must obtain a grade point average (GPA) of 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭.𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟭.𝟳𝟱, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟮.𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲; and
Be enrolled in at least 15 academic units, or as prescribed in the curriculum.
Here are the following requirements:
In ONE PDF file,
1. Screenshot or picture of registration form for A.Y 2024-2025 First Semester;
2. Screenshot of grades from A.Y 2023-2024 Second Semester; and
3. Detailed computation of grades for A.Y 2023-2024 Second Semester.

Additionally, upload a 2x2 formal picture with WHITE background. Use your full name with this format (Surname, Firstname, M.I) as the file name of your picture. Failure to comply will not be accepted and included in the formal recognition.

The student will create a NEW folder in their respective year level and rename it using their full name (Surname, Firstname, M.I). Uploading of the following contents will be until 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲).
The formal recognition of Dean's List for the 2nd Semester A.Y 2023-2024 will be held on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 at the 𝗠𝗦𝗘𝗨𝗙 𝐒𝐭. 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫.
Note: Student applications will be subjected to further evaluation and confirmation of grades.
