Because no celebration is complete without a signature Pinoy drink recipe! :) What's your favorite cocktail?

Gin Pomelo
Ingredients:
1 bottle of “bilog”
1 sachet (litro pack) of powdered pomelo juice
1 liter of cold water
Lots of ice
Procedure:
Mix the powdered juice with water and dissolve the powder completely. Add the gin, pour in the ice and mix. Serve chilled.
Mistisa
Ingredients:
Tanduay rhum
Redhorse
Sprite/Coke
Ice
Procedure:
Just mix it all!
Funtonov
Ingredients:
1 bottle Antonov Vodka
1 box Funchum
or Zest-O juice drink
(preferably orange flavor)
1 bag of ice
Procedure:
Mix juice and vodka.
Add ice, lots of 'em.
Shake well. Serve.
Tia Maria's Zombie
Ingredients:
1 bilog (Gin)
500ml Sprite
Zesto Strawberry Juice
Procedure:
Mix it all. Serve cold.
Ingredients:
1 bottle of rum (preferably non flavoured rum)
1 can of condensed milk
2 sachets or the equivalent of 4 table spoons of coffee
3 sachets or the equivalent of 6 table spoons of chocolate malt powder drink
Procedure:
In a large pitcher, mix all ingredients together, making sure that you dissolve all the powder completely. You can strain it if you prefer. Serve cold with lots and lots of ice. An optional garnish is crushed peanuts.
KaGaTan (Kape, Gatas, Tanduay)
Ingredients:
1 “lapad” bottle of Tanduay rum
1 can of condensed milk
1 sachet of instant coffee or the equivalent of 3 tablespoons of coffee
800 ml of water
Procedure:
In a large pitcher, mix all the ingredients together and add ice. Serve chilled.
