Happy New Year! Here’s a list of some popular Korean ingredients that you might need for your media noche celebration.

Korean Ingredients List:

1. Kimchi- A staple fermented vegetable dish, usually made with napa cabbage and radishes.
2. Mandu (Korean Dumplings)** - Perfect for steaming or frying as a savory snack.
3. Korean Sweet Potato Noodles (Dangmyeon)- Great for stir-fries like Japchae.
4. Korean Rice (Sticky Rice or Short Grain Rice)- Essential for making rice dishes.
5. Gochujang- Korean red chili paste, great for adding flavor and heat.
6. Soy Sauce- For seasoning and marinades.
7. Sesame Oil- Adds a rich, nutty flavor to dishes.
8. Soft Silken Tofu- It is particularly suited to saucy recipes, such as dressings, smoothies, and egg or yogurt substitutions.
9. Seaweed (Nori or Gim)- For making rice balls or as a side.
