The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will keep affecting extreme Northern Luzon while the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to bring rains over Mindanao in the next 24 hours, PAGASA said Sunday afternoon.

In its forecast, the state weather bureau said the ITCZ will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the Caraga and Davao Region.
