A Torrontés of straw yellow color and greenish sparks. The initial intensity of white flowers, grapes and citrus peel gradually gives way notes of white, tropical fruit like peaches and pineapples. The contact with lees makes the attack smooth and creamy. The wine's long, pleasant and clean finish is freshened by its rich natural acidity.

With a golden yellow color, the Brut Prestige shows great precision, expressive of the terroir. The demonstration of elegance and outfit displays a precise refinement of the nose, the zest is fantastic and the fragrances slowly take on a dimension of extremely fine pearly essences. The definition in the mouth is taut, vertical and punchy, it touches saline chalk, iodine.

Garnet red with crimson edges. The nose is enticing, rich and exotic. First to emerge, red fruits of plum, raspberry and red currants. Summer berry pudding with coulis and crème anglaise. Deliciously spiced with cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla. On the palate, compote strawberry. Confit duck/duck fat- textural/richness. Mouth coating tannins begin slately and mineral/slightly chewy up front, yet finish velvety/ svelte. The sinewy, chewy and juicy palate provides a lovely line and length. High lifted oak/spice notes. Well-worn leather, wood oven ciabatta crust/ damper. An open weave loose knit palate.
