Forecourt Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
・At least (1) year working experience in the related field
・a graduate of any 4-year business course
・Strong analytical and planning skills

Job Responsibilities:
・Plan, schedule, and supervise to ensure that all gas station attendants and cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures.
・Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
・Prepare work schedule of staff
・Control inventory and order as per requirements
・Prepare sales reports, shift-end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirement of management
・Train new and existing staff
・Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution
・Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services
・Prepare, compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production or work-related accidents.
・Ensure cleanliness and safety at the forecourt

• Plan manpower schedule, supervise and ensure that all gas attendants and cashiers adhere Shell’s standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor inventory ordering and receiving
• Prepare sales report and shift-end reports. Reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirement of management
• Train new & existing staff

REQUIREMENTS:
• Should be a graduate of any 4-yr course
• Has excellent problem-solving skills
• Has good communication and presentation skills
• Has at least 1 year working experience in the related field
