Di kumpleto ang pasko pag walang Leche Flan! First time mo ba gumawa nito? Here's what you'll need:

10 pieces of eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar (preferably white sugar)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:
1) Separate the yolk from the egg white, only egg yolks will be used in creating leche flan. Once you've separated the yolks, beat them using a fork or an egg be**er.
2) In the same bowl, add your condensed milk then mix thoroughly. Pour your evaporated milk and vanilla extract.
3) Place your mold or llanera on top of your stove. Set your stove to low heat, then put sugar on the mold and mix thoroughly until the solid sugar turns into liquid with a light brown color.
4) Once step 3 is done, let your caramel cool for about 5 minutes then pour the egg yolk and milk mixture on the mold. Cover the top of your mold with foil.
5) Steam mold with flan mixture for about 30 to 35 minutes in low heat.
6) After steaming, let it cool for a few minutes then refrigerate.
7) Flip your mold to your plate, serve and enjoy!
