Jameson Whiskey Sour:

Ingredients:
50ml Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey $71.99 700ml
25ml lemon juice $5.99 185ml
15ml simple syrup $16.99 750ml
1 egg white
3 dashes Angostura bitters $46.99 200ml
dehydrated lemon wheel, to garnish
ice cubes

Method:
Into an ice-filled shaker, add Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and bitters. Shake well, until frothy, then strain into glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

Ingredients:
30ml Lighthouse Gin Special $54.99 700ml
15ml Campari Special $52.99 700ml
1 tsp olive brine
Fever-tree Mediterranean tonic water, to top up $11.99 4pk 200ml
Rosemary sprig , to garnish
Orange slice, to garnish
Stuffed olive, to garnish
Large ice cubes

Method:
Place large ice cubes into glass, then add Lighthouse Gin, Campari, olive brine. Top with Fever-tree and garnish.

Summer Sweet Tea

Ingredients:
90ml Dancing Sands Dry Gin $75.99 700ml
200ml tea mix
30ml lemon juice $5.99 185ml
15ml simple syrup $16.99 750ml
5 peach slices
30ml peach juice
10ml mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
lemon slice, to garnish
Ice cubes

Method:
Into a jug, add Dancing Sands Dry Gin, tea mix lemon juice simple syrup, peach slices, peach juice mint leaves, and add ice to fill. Stir well, then pour into a serving glass. Garnish with extra peach and lemon slices, should you wish.

Irish Cream Coffee:

Ingredients:
60ml Baileys Irish Cream
180ml hot coffee
30ml Irish whisky
whipped cream

Method:
Add Baileys, hot coffee, and Irish whisky into mug-style serving glass. Top with whipped cream.

Chocolate Martini: Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 part De Kuyper Creme De Cacao Dark liqueur $42.99 700ml
2 parts vodka Finlandia Special $49.99 1lt
1 part dry vermouth $44.99 750ml
Chocolate shavings, to rim glass ice cubes

Method:
To prepare the glass, wipe rim with De Kuyper Creme De Cacao Dark and dip into chocolate shavings. Into an ice-filled shaker, add De Kuyper Creme De Cacao Dark, vodka and dry vermouth. Shake well, then strain into glass.
