We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to make their mark on a successful business through utilising your keen business acumen and driving the customer experience instore.

Located in a thriving community hub, you will be challenged by delivering results for both the customer and the business through a small team of motivated and engaged team members.

Full Time – 40 plus hours per week
Days and hours to be discussed at Interview stage, will involve weekend day
Attractive remuneration package for the right candidate

Job Description:
- Enforce the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
- Achieving the stores financial targets through;
o Managing and operating the store to a high standard
o Maintain the required inventory through effective purchasing of stock
o Effective planning and utilisation of all of the stores resources
- A customer service focus through positively engaging with the customer and suppliers
- Provide excellent training and supervision of staff
- Maintain an orderly workplace using appropriate time management and delegation
- Handle cash and summarise daily sales
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety Standards and relevant requirements.
