The Role:
Deliver exceptional customer service experience while monitoring and upholding the Sale of Liquor Act 2012 legislation.
Effective use of retail merchandise strategies to optimize Store presentation, promotional display and most importantly generate sales.
Overseeing all aspects of cash handling, stock management and health& Safety.
Coach and mentoring team members in all aspects of day-to-day operation and on-going product training.
What we are looking for :-
Previous experience working in a retail environment
Good Knowledge of Spirits, Beers, Wine and Craft Beer will be a massive advantage.
You must hold a current Liquor Control Qualification and General Manager’s licence or be suitable to qualify for one.
Candidates with experience working in retail or hospitality are encouraged to also apply.
Be physically fit as you will be required to lift, move and shelve stock
Mature and responsible when it comes to follow procedures and dealing with tough situations
Strong communication skills, a passion for delivering world class customer service and proven track record in building lasting rapport.
Have the confidence to work independently without supervision
Must have driving license as you may be required to do deliveries.
This position involves working across a 7-day roster including some late nights, weekends and some public holidays, therefore, flexibility is a must.
