Retail Duty Manager – Bottle-O Pokeno (Part-time or Full-Time).
The Role:

Currently we have a Retail Duty Manager position available at our Pokeno store.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing all aspects of retail operations, stock management and health & safety
• Delivering exceptional customer service experience to customers

Candidate profile:

• Mature and responsible when it comes to following procedures and dealing with tough situations
• Strong communication skills, a passion for delivering world class customer service
• You must be physically fit as you will be required to lift, move and shelve stock.
• Have the confidence to work independently without supervision

Previous experience working in a retail environment or experience in bars, restaurants or any licensed premises will be highly regarded.

For this role a General Manager Certificate is required. However, full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

Part time work hours are: Friday, Saturday and Sunday ( Approx 25 hours)

Part Time Store Supervisor – Pokeno and Tuakau

A Part Time role (approx. 25 Hours/week) is available at Bottle-O Pokeno and Tuakau. The duties will involve managing the store during busy hours. Key duties involve:
1. Managing the retail operations including cash handling duties
2. Re-stocking shelves and chillers (Heavy lifting is involved)
3. Responding to customer queries

The indicative hours of work shifts are:
Wednesday – 3: 00 p.m. – 8: 30 p.m. (5.5 Hours)
Thursday – 3: 00 p.m. – 9: 30 p.m. (6 hours)
Friday and Saturday – 3: 00p.m. – 9: 30 p.m. (6 Hours)
Sunday – 12:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (7.5 hours)

Shifts will be rostered between Tuakau and Pokeno stores.

The applicants must be fluent in English, be customer focused and able to interact and communicate with customers. Must be able to work under pressure and be computer literate. While an LCQ qualification is preferred, trainings will be provided to gain one.

Must have clean drivers license and be able to pass the required security checks.

The role has opportunity to progress to a full time role for the right candidate in the near future.
