✨ PRODUCT OF THE WEEK ✨

This weeks product is Shankys Whip. Shankys Whip is an Irish Whiskey Liqueur, distilled, blended and bottled in Ireland. It’s a blend of black irish whiskey, irish spirits blended with natural vanilla and cream flavours and then infused with caramel. It will leave you with a fantastic warming sensation, perfect for cold winter nights 🔥🥃

Served best as a chilled shot or on the rocks. But if you’re looking for something a bit different mix one part shankys whip with four parts cola. Or try a cold brew, one part shankys whip to four parts cold brew coffee, served in a martini glass 🍸 It even tastes good over vanilla icecream…🍦

This little rose between two thorns (sorry Jorgia) is Christine. Christine is a freaken ray of sunshine. For about 6 years she has been swinging by in her coffee van and keeping our team happy with her delicious coffee and her delightful company. Yesterday was her last day in business and while we are gutted not to have her part of our day we are excited for what comes next for our lovely friend. How good is life when you meet a Christine?!

This week we have chosen a classic and crowd favourite - Hendricks Gin. Hendricks Original Gin is created from eleven fine botanicals. The curious, yet marvellous, infusions of rose and cucumber imbue the gin with its uniquely balanced flavour, resulting in an impeccably smooth distinct gin.

Whether you’re after a cheeky G&T or something a little bit different, we’ve got everything you need.

Ginny Hendricks Recipie:
60ml Hendricks Gin
15ml Apple Sourz
15ml Simple Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Lemon Juice

Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain into a martini glass, garnish with fresh lime and cucumber and enjoy! 🫶🏽🍸
