New lot of bowls taken to Waitangi Treaty Grounds on Friday - Remember you don't have to visit the whole grounds to access the Treaty Grounds Shop. Just ask at reception and they'll give you a sticker to visit the shop only free of charge! Stock up on local arts and crafts, most of which are made in New Zealand!

New bowls now at Waitangi Treaty Grounds shop! Although we are no longer at the Old Packhouse market, you can find our work at the Waitangi Grounds shop - just ask at reception and you can visit the shop only without paying the entrance fee. As well as our kauri work, the shop showcases a lot of local talent with a range to suit most budgets.

We aren't at The Old Packhouse Market for the time being - if you would like to purchase any of Jeanette's lovely oven gloves and towels, please message us and we can send you photos of other designs as well. We offer payment via paypal or direct credit.
Regarding our woodwork, we will be working on some new bowls and platters over the coming weeks, which we hope to get into the Gallery at Helena Bay before Christmas.

Wood you like an egg? Swamp kauri eggs for sale at The Waitangi Treaty Grounds Shop - $30 each, handcrafted by Neville. Genuine swamp kauri which has been buried for thousands of years old. We also have a selection of our bowls, platters and free forms there - both with and without resin inlay. You don't have to pay and entrance fee to visit the shop only - just let them know at the entrance that you would like to visit the shop.

Back at the Old Packhouse tomorrow with some new additions to our towel family! A few people have said they only have hooks on their wall at home and our current towels are designed for rails - here is an alternative. They are a full sized hand towel with a loop in the centre so they hang attractively, with a band of fabric at each end to make them individual. $20 each. Maybe see you Saturday, 8.00-1.30pm, next to the outdoor Packhouse cafe!

So we are having a WEBSITE RETIREMENT sale at the Old Packhouse Market! This is a continuation of our Mother's Day sale which means all our bowls and platters are 10% off the marked price. Please note the large platter on the left has been SOLD.

We also have a selection of Towels by Jeanette at $15 instead of $20.

Matching Towel and Oven Glove sets are normally $55, tomorrow and next Saturday they are only $50! Also end of line towels are marked down to $15 from $20. If you're more into wood, our bowls and platters will have 10% off marked prices and our greetings cards are 3 for $10 (normally $4 each) We have a joint stall with our other venture, Fungi fellas, where we sell oyster mushrooms. Tomorrow and next Saturday 8.00am-1.30pm

What are we up to and where are we at the Packhouse Market in Kerikeri? We are currently only selling Jeanette's beautiful oven gloves and towels from our Fungifellas stall at the Old Packhouse Market (next to the Hangi Bros and Pie Here/ Northland Bagels stalls on the Kerikeri Road side of the market). Due to the pandemic, our bowls and platters are on the backburner as we concentrate on growing our Gourmet mushroom business. We still have our woodturning at the Waitangi Treaty Grounds Gift shop (free entry to the shop) and The Gallery at Helena Bay Hill. We hope to return to more woodturning soon, and this is a temporary arrangement.
