If you are unhappy about any aspect of your delivery or would like to return any part of your order please contact the customer supp

If products have been damaged prior to delivery, please take a photograph and email it to the support team with your name and order number upon becoming aware of the issue. We will then look into arranging a replacement or a refund. For stock purchased for an event, and pre- organised with the delivery store, Liquorpoint offers a 20% sale or return policy. This means that you can have piece of mind if you over order that some product can be returned. Product returned must be in re-saleable format – i.e. wine, beer, spirit or RTD packaging unbroken from original format and not damaged in any way.
