Juicy, bright and refined.

A tropical and zesty play on the classic champagne gin sour that celebrates the intricacy of Blood oranges, from pith through to flesh.

Ingredients:
25ml Scapegrace Blood Moon
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10m 1:1 Sugar Syrup
Fresh raspberries and mint to garnish
Topped with Champagne

Method:
Add Scapegrace Blood Moon, fresh lemon, sugar syrup and bitters to shaker. Pack with ice & short shake for 5-7 seconds, fine strain into chilled flute, top with Champagne and garnish with fresh raspberry and a mint leaf.
