Hazy Double NEIPA inspired by the grapes 🍇

MUST HAVE MORE is fermented with both beer and wine yeast, with Nelson Sauvin hops and the freshly squeezed grape must added at the same time during fermentation for extra science points 🧫🧪🧬

It might be a common grape, but Fragola brings huge red berry aromatics and that specific fresh grape must vibe - that might be nostalgia, also.

Motueka hops at dry-hopping bring even more fruity notes and help with keeping this juicebomb in DIPA territory 💥

Why whine, when you can wine? 💪

Hop Hooligans cooked up quite a wacky number with the awesome Crama Marcea 🍇🍇🍇

WRESTLING WITH RIESLING - grape sour ale but with a lot of twists ❤

Brewery got late harvested, raisiny Riesling grape must from Crama Marcea for an extra depth of flavour, and they also threw in a bag of German smoked malt for a bit of a fumé touch 💥

Contrary to the name, the flavours aren’t clashing at all, although the tartness hits like a piledriver and the peppery rauchmalz gives you the chair in the end 💛
