☀ Hot summer days are calling for refreshing cocktails!

Using our Bols Elderflower Liqueur is our go to these days.

ELDERFLOWER COLLINS

30 ml I 1 oz Bols Elderflower
30 ml I 1 oz Bols Genever Original
20 ml I 0.7 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml I 0.3 oz Sugar Syrup
Soda Water

Shake all ingredients, except the soda water, with ice and strain in a highball glass over cubed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
