As we are gradually edging closer to 2023 general elections,my candid wish for us is to remain UNITED to achieve all our heart desires politically....

Our commitment and dedication towards successful and victorious 5/5 is achieveable, at the end we all will have reason to thank almighty God for everything he has done for us in Aniocha South Local Government Area...

RE: LEADERSHIP WITHOUT FORESIGHT....

Hon/Chief/Sir/Madam,

My attention has drawn to a baseless, untrue, misinformative and blackmailing write up concerning Ogwashi-Ukwu Central Motor Park and its shops therein....

It is clear that the insensitive writer is not properly and adequately informed about the workings of a legal entity like Aniocha South Local Government Area, the shops in the Ogwashi-Ukwu Central Motor Park was clearly built and owned by individuals not the Local Government and the owners have started operating prior to this time, it ponder my heart when some deformed and unscrupulous elements decided to make show out of nothing.

However, it is also clear to me that this person do not have vision for good leadership, and as well
do not see anything good than negetivity, I am very much convinced to assert that this person in him has no managerial concept and principle of management considering the political platform he his coming from against service oriented political platform that has been contributing immensely to the developments of our town Ogwashi Ukwu and Aniocha South Local Government Area .

Therefore, I want to storchly advice the writer to hide himself in the pool of shame, and if he his looking for somthing to campaign for his APC failed administration,I urge him to creatively search for matured, organised, convincing and political educating methodology to use as a tool for proper campaigning.On this note, i want us to disregard and take to trash his misinforming and untrue write up....

Together we will continue to contribute to the developments of our town Ogwashi Ukwu and other towns in Aniocha South Local Government Area ....

Hon.Chief Dr.Isaac Ozoemezie Anwuzia, the PDP Candidate for the position House of Assembly in Aniocha South Local Government Area ,has warmly congratulated the Executive Governor of Delta State Sen.Dr.Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, Dr.Mrs.Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Mr. Tony Elumelu and Rt.Hon.Ndudi Elumelu as they bags National Award in distinct categories of their respective contributions to nation building...

Describing the recipients as distinguished personalities from Anioma extraction of Delta State, who has contributed hugely to the socio-economic and political developments of our country Nigeria. Saying that, this National Award today portrays clealy that ANIOMA NATION is blessed with daughters and sons who has wide administrative and busines tentacles and have written their names in the anals of Nigeria history politically and administratively.

Today Monday 10th October, 2022. The People of Umudunkwu Royal Family (Umuneze Quarters) in Ogwashi-Ukwu were filled with Passion of Love and Joy, as they celebrates with thier Son Hon.Chief Dr.Isaac Ozoemezie Anwuzia as he marks the "ANNUAL IWA JI AHOR"....

The diokpa of Umudunkwu Royal Family Diokpa Syvernus Uwechue and the Elderly Persons prayed for thier Sons and Daughters for more positive things in life, he also asked the ancestors to guide and be with thier Son as he prepares for the forthcoming general elections comes 2023, declaring that victory will be his and our portion...

The beauty of the event, is the eating together with friends and persons of the aforementioned Royal Family this actually portrays strong affection and unity amongs all....

Lastly, after much eating of Yam and Palm Oil missed up with Onion, Pepper and Ukpa.The Diokpa and all present chanted...

"Ahuene Akoene" .Which simply means as we eat this year same we will eat next year....

THE ANIOCHA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT PDP HOLDS EXCO MEETING

The PDP Chairman Aniocha South Local Government, Prince Mike Okwufulueze on 30th May, 2020 held a meeting with his LGA Exco members at the Party Secretaiat Ogwashi-uku.

In course of the meeting , Prince Mike and his Exco memebers deliberated on the the way forward for the Party as a big family. He reiterated his commitment to take the Party to an enviable height, devoid of rancour and Indiscipline and to achieve electoral victory, adding that leaders must be respected at all level.

The Deputy Chairman Dr.Felix Nwaokolo on behalf of other Exco members expressed confidence in the ability of the Party Chairman and their willingness to partner with him towards the attainment of the goals and objectives of the PDP.

THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN ANIOCHA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT DONATES SECURITY GADGETS TO THE OGWASHI-UKU COMMUNITY VIGILANTE..

The Executive Chairman Aniocha South Local Government Hon (Chief ) Isaac Anwuzia on Thursday 26th March, 2020 donated gadgets to the Ogwashi-Uku Community Vigilante.

Presenting the Security gadgets which included security kits, face caps and t-shirts, the Executive Chairman Aniocha South Local Government urged the members of the vigilante to put the gadgets into effective use saying that one of his Administration policy thrust was to ensure the security of lives and properties of the citizenry.

Hon Chief Isaac Anwuzia urged everyone to work in synergy with one another saying that security is everyone's business adding that his desire is to strengthen the security architecture in the Local Government Area...

Responding on behalf of the vigilantes the Commandant Ogwashi-uku Community Vigilante , Mr Azimor Henry appreciated Hon Chief Isaac Anwuzia for his outstanding leadership qualities and prayed God to give him the strength to do more for the vigilantes for effective service delivery...

ANIOCHA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT HOLDS LOCAL PEACE AND SECURITY MEETING ....

The Aniocha South Local Government on Wednesday 3rd March , 2020 held local Peace and security meeting which was presided over by the Executive Chairman , Hon (Chief) Isaac Anwuzia ...

In his remarks, Hon (Chief) Isaac Anwuzia thanked the security agencies including the vigilante in the fight against all forms of criminality in the local Government Area, saying that the essence of the meeting was to share ideas on how best to tackle security challenges and strengthen the security architecture in the Local Government Area...

He urged the various security agencies to dessiminate security information to others , saying that information gathering and dissemination is a key to crime fighting and control....

He also urged everyone to work in synergy with one another saying that security is everyone's business..

Speaking further, he appreciated the efforts of the Aniocha South Local Government Area vigilante saying that so far they are the best in Delta State at large , noting that very soon members of the vigilante would start receiving their stipends from the Government..

OGWASHI-UKU AFOR MARKET DOUBLE BOREHOLE GETTING READY FOR USAGE...........

The bore hole system attracted by one of our own illustrious and well meaning ogwashi-Uku son Dr Jude Ozah (Isagba of Ogwashi-Uku kingdom) has been completed and clean water successfully derived....

The bore hole system locates behind and in front of the Afor market under the directives of the Executive Chairman Aniocha South Local Government, Hon Chief Isaac Anwuzia in order to allow easy access of water to traders on both sides of the market ( front and behind)..

The ongoing Aniocha South Local Government Modern Event Center construction in Ogwashi-uku, one of the mega projects amongst other projects of the Executive Chairman Aniocha South Local Government, Hon (Chief) Isaac Anwuzia has endured progress from stage to stage since it's inception...

Hon Anwuzia during a visit to the site of the project located opposite INEC office expressed satisfaction at the level of work done so far.. He said that he is hopeful the project will be completed in no distance time and put into usage adding that the modern canteen project is almost ready and would soon be ready for use.

THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN ANIOCHA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT CONGRATULATES THE APPOINTEES INTO THE DELTA STATE LAND SECURITY COMMITTEE.........

The Executive Chairman Aniocha South Local Government Hon Chief Isaac Anwuzia on 20th January 2020, congratulated Mr Henry Azimor, Chief James Adoh, and Chief Festus Awuta on their appointments as members of the Delta State Land Security Committee by His Excellency Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa the Governor of Delta State.

Hon Anwuzia said that the appointment was in recognition of their contributions to the security of lives and property been provided to our people at the expense of their lives adding that on the request for the names by the Governor of Delta State he carefully selected the three of them from the three clans(Ogwashi-Uku, Ubulu-Uku, and Nsukwa) stressing that such appointments were given to serious security minded persons and that the appointment would serve as a moral booster to other vigilante members...

Speaking further, Hon Anwuzia thanked His Excellency for his kind gesture saying that such had never happened before now and urged the appointees to put in their best in the course of carrying out their assignment....

He further said that the names of all the vigilante members in Aniocha South Local Government have been submitted to the state Government for further necessary action....

Responding on behalf of the appointees Mr Henry Azimor thanked the Executive Chairman Aniocha South Local Government for finding them worthy of the appointments and prayed God to continue to elevate him.....

ANIOCHA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT CELEBRATES ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE WEEK .........................

The Armed forces Remembrance Day which was celebrated at all levels of Government is an annual event which usually spans one week duration. This year's celebration started from the 7th-15thh of January, 2020...

In his address, the Executive Chairman, Aniocha South Local Government, Hon (Chief) Isaac Anwuzia said that the protection and maintenance of territorial integrity of a nation depended very much on the quality of her Armed Forces, adding that in the course of pursuing world peace and the struggle for the defence of our nation many of our soldiers made various sacrifices... Some lost their Lives and yet some others maimed for life ....

He said that the Nigerian soldiers were involved in the first world War 1914-1918, second World War 1939-1945, the Nigerian Civil war 1967-1970 and various peace keeping operations under United Nations in Liberia, Sierra Leone and in the Dafur region of Sudan and recently the guerrilla Warfare/Boko Haram terrorist attacks on innocent Nigerians.

Hon Anwuzia said that it was in recognition of these gallantry and sacrifices made by our noble and humble soldiers that the federal Government declared Tuesday 7th January to Wednesday 15th January, 2020 as Armed Forces Remembrance week celebration to show appreciation and concern for the selfless services rendered by these soldiers, known and unknown ....

He said that the purpose of the gathering during the ceremony was in two folds...First , to pray for the repose of the souls of our heroes past and those soldiers and civilians who paid the supreme sacrifices for our country Nigeria to remain one......Secondly to raise funds to provide succour and support for the Ex-service men, disabled soldiers, orphans and widows of the deceased soldiers...

The Executive Chairman called on all present on the occasion to donate generously towards this worthy course for God lives a cheerful giver

THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN ANIOCHA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT HON (CHIEF) ISAAC ANWUZIA ADVISES OGWASHI-UKU INDIGENES TO CONTRIBUTE THEIR QUOTA TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF OGWASHI-UKU KINGDOM.................

The Executive Chairman Aniocha South Local Government , Hon (Chief) Isaac Anwuzia on the 13th, January 2020, carried out an inspection tour of the second on-going borehole drilling operation , sited at the entrance of the Ogwashi-Uku Afor Market which was attracted by Dr Jude Ozah (Isagba of Ogwashi-Uku Kingdom).

During his visit to the ongoing borehole drill site, he expressed satisfaction at the level of work done so far and appreciated the giant strides of Dr Jude Ozah(Isagba of Ogwashi-Uku kingdom).

He said that the first borehole was also attracted by Dr Jude Ozah located behind the Afor Market which some Ogwashi-Uku indigenes had wanted to be frustrated by preventing the contractor from seeing the Executive Chairman, Aniocha South L.G.A to know where the borehole should be sited within the Afor Market if not the quick intervention of the Executive Chairman who made sure that the borehole project was situated in the market as initially requested..

He added that good concepts are worth emulating and urged all well meaning sons and daughters of Ogwashi-Uku kingdom and other communities at large in Aniocha South Local Government to make their own contribution within their capacities for the development of their communities as Government can not do it all..

DECONGESTING THE ROAD TO ENABLE FREE FLOW OF TRAFFIC!!

THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN ANIOCHA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT INAUGURATES THE ANIOCHA SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT TASK FORCE ON ILLEGAL PARKING AND LOADING

The Executive Chairman Aniocha South Local Government, Hon Chief Isaac Anwuzia on Friday , 3rd January 2020 inaugurated the Aniocha South Local Government Task Force on Illegal Parking /loading.

In his address, he said that in 2019 his Administration embarked on the construction of the Aniocha South Local Government Central motor park which has been completed and ready for usage effect from 10th of January with the aim of ensuring that road sides will no longer be used as motor park because of the obstruction of free flow of traffic and congestion of the roads....

Hon Anwuzia said that Aniocha south Local Government had given a directive that all motor parks along the old Benin/Asaba Road be relocated to the Central Motor Park on or before 7th January, 2020 to allow the free flow of traffic and decongestion of the road adding that letters have been despatched to that effect to the unit heads of the National Union of Road Transport Workers including private Motor parks Operators.

The Executive Chairman saw that it was against this backdrop that he constituted the Taskforce on illegal parking/Loading to ensure strict compliance ...

He congratulated the appointees and informed them that the appointment was a call to service and urged them to exhibit a high degree of maturity in the discharge of their duties...

Having said that he also urged the taskforce to carry out their assignment without any threat to the existing peace in the council Area and with highest sense of responsibility in line with the existing laws..
