When our client message us to placed a last-minute order for eco-friendly lanyards made from upcycled materials, we took immediate action to meet the challenge.
The tight deadline gave us just three days to deliver a product that was both sustainable and high-quality.
Day 1: Material Sourcing & Design Finalization
We began by quickly sourcing upcycled batik fabrics and materials from our inventory. These included leftover textiles and durable scraps from previous projects, ensuring that the lanyards aligned with the clientโs sustainability.
Day 2: Streamlining the Sewing Process
With materials ready, our sewing team kicked into high gear. To maximize efficiency, we set up an assembly line in our workshop. Each team member had a specific role, from cutting the fabric to sewing, attaching hooks, and inspecting each piece.
We worked in shifts to ensure continuous production throughout the day, allowing us to stay on schedule without sacrificing quality.
Day 3: Quality Check & On-Time Delivery
After the lanyards were sewn, we conducted a thorough quality check to ensure every piece met the clientโs standards. Any minor adjustments were made promptly.
