EASY HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM RECIPE

Many people love ice cream, especially children. Usually, we will buy the ice cream from the supermarket or convenience store such as 7-Eleven or Speedmart.

Let us share an easy homemade ice cream that you can make with your beloved family.

Here are the recipe of homemade chocolate ice cream:

Ingredient:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction:
1. Stir together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder and vanilla in a medium bowl. Set aside.

2. In the bowl of your mixer, Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form (do not over beat.)

3. Fold sweetened milk mixture into whipped cream.

4. Pour into a food container, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

EASY HOMEMADE AFFOGATO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

This is another recipe you can do at home, spending time together with the one you love by making affogato chocolate mousse.Today we’re tackling the perfect, the amazing affogato chocolate mousse.

Here are the recipe as listed below:

Ingredient:
100ml good-quality espresso, plus extra shots to serve
300g ready-made fresh custard
150g dark chocolate, chopped
3 large egg whites
1 tbsp light muscovado sugar
cocoa powder, for dusting

Instruction:
1. Put the espresso, custard and chopped chocolate in a pan and stir together over a gentle heat. When the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and scrape into a large mixing bowl to cool.

2. Once cool, use a mixing bowl and electric beaters to beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. Add a pinch of salt and the sugar, and beat again for a minute until stiff.

3. Stir 1/3 of the beaten egg whites into the custard mixture until no streaks remain, then gently fold in the rest of the egg whites with a large metal spoon.

4. Divide between 4-6 small ramekins or pots, shaking gently to flatten the tops, then chill for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. Dust with cocoa when you’re ready to serve – with extra shots of hot espresso on the side.

The high cocoa butter content helps it melt quickly and evenly, making it perfect for tempering and making candies. You can find milk, white, and dark couverture chocolates.

10. Ruby Chocolate
Ruby chocolate is the newest variety around and was first formulated in China in September 2017. It is made from ruby cocoa beans naturally found in Ecuador, Brazil, which give the chocolate its rosy hue. It is said to taste a combination of white chocolate and berries, even though there aren’t any berries in the recipe.
