Celebrate the delicious way—with a homemade Dutch-crust pear pie and a crisp glass of Bogle Blanc de Blancs! 🥧🍾

📌 Save this for later!
You’ll need:
• 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade—we won’t tell!)
• 3 cups ripe Bartlett pears, chopped
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup sour cream

For the topping:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup quick oats
• ½ cup brown sugar, packed
• ½ cup butter

To make:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Mix pears, egg, vanilla, flour, sugar & sour cream. Pour into a cooled pie crust.
3️⃣ Blend topping ingredients until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle over the filling.
4️⃣ Bake for 40-50 min until golden. If it browns too fast, cover with foil.
5️⃣ Cool for 30 min, then serve à la mode! 🍨
