❓️WHAT IS GHEE
Ghee is clarified butter, or also known as butter which has been simmered and strained to remove all water. Clarified butter has uncooked milk solids, yielding a product with a very clean, sweet flavor. In comparison, ghee is cooked over low heat until the milk solids have a chance to start to brown lightly, creating a slightly nutty, caramelized vibe. It is shelf-stable, with a high smoke point and deeply nutty flavor.
❗️🔹️NORMAL GHEE vs CULTURED GHEE
Our traditionally cultured ghee is all done with love and passion converting milk to ghee stage by stage. The milk from the farm is collected and made to yogurt. We age the yogurt in right manner to allow the microbes to multiply which is the most essential process of making ghee. Then, the yogurts are churned to get butter. The butters are then skimmed in ideal temperature leaving milk solids to bottom and the oil above. Slowly the temperature is raised and moringa leaves are infused with the ghee for additional flavoring and benefits. Filtration is done to separate the milk solids and ghee. When this ghee is made, the ghee is ensured to be cultured. This is the main criteria to maximize the ghee’s potential and benefits to be implemented in our body system. The culturing process is done when making yogurt. The benefiting culture or microbes are added in the yogurt before churning it to butter and finally turned to ghee. As a conclusion, the culturing process is the main boost of this ghee for our medication.
❗️🔹️BENEFITS
Ghee has played a key role in Ayurveda for centuries, where it is prized for its anti-inflammatory, digestive, and therapeutic properties. Our traditionally cultured ghee is much healthier and is rich in omega 3 fats (DHA) and omega 6 (CLA).
❗️🔹️RECOMMENDATION
One-two small spoons of ghee is the advisable amount daily. It is advised to have ghee if you are trying to lose weight mainly because it’s rich in amino acids and helps to shrink the size of fat cells.
