Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a masterful blend of grain and malt whiskies from renowned Japanese distilleries in Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries as well as grain whiskey from the Chita distillery.

The whiskies are drawn from 5 different types of casks including American white oak casks, Sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks. The blend itself was crafted by Suntory Whiskey blending team, lead by Master Blender Shingo Torii. An elegant expression, with wafts of honey, orange, a herbaceous touch or two and light oak.

Presented in the brand’s trademark 24-faceted bottle representing the Japanese seasons, this is light, approachable, and moreish with enticing notes of orange peel and white chocolate.

Nose: Rose, lychee, hint of rosemary, mature woodiness, sandalwood.

Palate: Honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel, white chocolate.

The second edition in Macallan's limited annual release series, this special single malt exudes flavours of ground coffee, hazelnut and vanilla, and provides a delightful whisky and coffee pairing experience.

Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner worked with world renowned coffee experts to produce the perfect whisky to be paired with high quality coffee. The result has been aged in ex-Sherry European and American oak casks.

By focusing on sustainable packaging and in homage to its coffee influence, Intense Arabica was presented in a 100% recyclable and biodegradable box which is made using natural by-products in the coffee-making process. These include sustainably sourced coffee bean husks.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony - Master's Select Limited Edition is a limited edition bottle that honours the artistry of Japanese culture and celebrates Hibiki as a harmony of Japanese nature and craftsmanship.

The artistic and delicate design highlights the traditional Japanese symbols of the Sakura flower (cherry blossom), a Goshoguruma (royal carriage) and Ryusuimon (streaming water). During Japan’s Edo period (1608-1868) these were seen as symbols for good fortune and prosperity and often used as special gifts for the Sh**un. It is an exclusive limited edition sure to delight any whisky connoisseur.

12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from GlenAllachie, released in mid-2018 following Billy Walker taking the reins of the distillery in 2017.

Matured in a mixture of virgin oak, oloroso sherry and Pedro XimΓ©nez sherry casks, this has sweet flavours of honey, marzipan, bananas and butterscotch. It is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour.

Colour: Burnished Mahogany.

Aroma: Fried banana, almond, cola cubes, freshly cut oak.

Palate: Honey, marzipan and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha.

GlenDronach 12 Year Old, epitomises the unyielding dedication to the mastery of the craft. Matured in fine Pedro XimΓ©nez and Oloroso sherry casks from AndalucΓ­a in Spain, this richly sherried Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky presents smooth vanilla, soft fruits and a memorably long, nutty finish, for which it has become renowned.

The expression is bottled at 43%, non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
