Donnafugata Anthìlia has a yellow straw color.
The nose offers a fresh and fragrant bouquet with notes of white pulp fruit (peach) combined with hints of wildflowers. In the mouth, we find the evident fruity note, refreshed by a pleasant sapidity.

Variety : Lucido (synonym for Catarratto), the
predominant variety; the blend is complemented by other autochthonous and international varieties.

At the table : Perfect when paired with tomato and basil bruschetta, seafood pasta, blue fish. Try also with cesar salad.

Introducing 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍, a limited edition sake collaboration by 7 prestigious breweries in Miyagi Prefecture. Leading SEASON 2 Episode 3 are “Katsuyama”.

In 2022, seven Miyagi breweries began a new season of DATE SEVEN SEASON II to take a further leap into the world. The third season’s leading breweries are Katsuyama Shuzo (Katsuyama) & Suminoe Shuzo (Suminoe).

The label designs are Katsuyama Style Orihime Bottle, which depicts the Tanabata tanzaku & Milky Way on July 7th, & Izumigatake towering in front of Katsuyama Shuzo & Suminoe Style Hikoboshi Bottle, which also depicts Tanabata tanzaku and the Milky Way, & the San Juan Bautista, which has been loved for many years in Ishinomaki, where Suminoe Shuzo is located. Both bottles include seven hidden picture elements.

Enjoy the two completely different personalities, both in taste & design, despite using the same raw rice.
