We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our guests who attended the blind tasting session at Boozeit Retail Pavilion in Bukit Jalil today. It was a fantastic evening of discovery, as attendees were introduced to a selection of five remarkable wines from renowned wine-producing regions worldwide. The tasting lineup included:

1. Cuvelier & Fils Bordeaux Blanc 2020
2. Ministry of Clouds Tasmania Chardonnay 2021
3. Feudi di San Gregorio Taurasi DOCG 2017
4. E. Guigal Crozes Hermitage Rouge 2019
5. Kalleske Clarry's Barossa Valley GSM 2021

With these wines, our guests learned the art of blind tasting through the deductive method—a skill that adds depth to every tasting experience. Each wine presented a unique profile, encouraging everyone to sharpen their senses and pick up on subtle cues like aroma, body, acidity, and finish. We especially highlighted the Tasmania Chardonnay, a cool-climate gem from Australia, with characteristics that reflect those of a Chablis or Bourgogne Blanc. Additionally, our guests experienced the Taurasi DOCG—a rare treat, as Aglianico, often referred to as the "Barolo of the South," is not widely tasted outside its native Italy.

We wrapped up the session with a spread of delightful snacks. Guests enjoyed a selection of cold cuts and cheese platters, complemented by house-made roasted pork, honey-glazed pork, various sausages, and smoked duck breast glazed with balsamic vinegar—perfect pairings to complete the tasting journey.
