We’re excited to announce an upcoming Champagne Dinner with Champagne Palmer & Co this June 12th 🥂

Be one of the first to experience the premiere of Palmer’s ‘Collection’ champagnes in Malaysia, the most prestigious cuvee made from single vintages over the past 40 years, including the finest 1980 vintage.

The ‘Collection’ are cellared and aged for decades before disgorgement in 2023, thus often regarded as Palmer’s ‘P3’ in rival to Dom Perignon.

All ‘Collection’ will be served along a 5-course pairing menu specially curated by Chef Don John. Mr. Armand from the champagne house will also be present to host the night.

This 7 December - for only one night, we are ready to present 5 iconic cuvees from Champagne Laherte Freres, each paired carefully with selected dishes curated by TBC.
Laherte Freres is renowned for producing a series of tiny production, single-vineyard & single vintage cuvees in very limited quantities (around 3,000 bottles) from some of their most expressive biodynamic farmed parcels. The wines are made in style with little or no dosage - often at Extra Brut or Brut Nature, as to not mask the individuality of the underlying terroirs.
