This wine is named in honour of the Grandfather of Rebecca Willson--Jock Willson.
The very BEST barrels after extended fermentation and nurturing and matured in French oak. It shows a core complexity of fruits with brooding earth and chocolate notes. Its refined tannin structure provides elegant texture that can be appreciated now or will reward with cellaring.
