About LOKE KEE
Mr. Fong Loke Sang, the founder of Loke Kee Biscuits & Cake Shop Sdn Bhd, entered into his own small confectionary in the year of 1947. As a result of Mr Fong’s Principle of Management, i.e. produce goods at a reasonable price, hard work and manage the confectionary attentively. Loke Kee Biscuits, since old days, has acquired a very good response and market demand. Due to this reason, Mr Fong also starts his business in a shop.
Today, Loke Kee is now being managed by the second generation, Mr. Fong Yee Tuck. The product range from Loke Kee are gradually tended to be more diversify, apart from the flagship product Shat Kek Ma Biscuits, Loke Kee also produces Heong Peah, Hup Toh Soh, Durian Shortcake, Gummy, Snack and etc. Moreover, Loke Kee also try on selecting high quality of packaging material, so that it can be prolong the product shelf life without adding extra preservative.
In order to expand the market and business, Loke Kee has moved into a factory which sets with the traditional baking skills with modern technology and this will enable the customers to enjoy the delicacy and hygienic cookies and pastries. On top of that, the company has been certify by ISO 22000, HALAL certified, GMP and HACCP for food safety practices.
