Big beer Vs Craft Beer... When large breweries pry on smaller ones, trying to steal their ideas and copy their names... Not far from what is happening locally with the bottle collection recycling system and the way that the largest manufacturers and importers have taken over and are trying to undermine us, the smaller importers 🤯 Let's hope our fight ends up with a big win for the consumer, as in this case with Stone in the USA 💪

Small importers and brewers in Malta are facing a very serious threat that could mean the end of the nascent craft beer industry locally.
The new waste-collection scheme operated by BCRS Limited (a private company owned by the largest companies in the beverage sector in Malta) places a huge and disproportionate burden on our fledgling craft businesses, running us into bankruptcy 😭
