🇮🇹 🌹 Lo spumante Metodo Classico Belen di Principiano Ferdinando nasce da un’intuizione vincente.

Ovvero l’idea di destinare la Barbera, vendemmiata in anticipo alla spumantizzazione. Gia di suo dotata di grande acidità il vino base ottenuto da queste uve si presta particolarmente bene alla creazione di vini spumante metodo classico.

Belen è la moglie di Ferdinando e il vino prende il suo nome. Un vino di grande intensità e persistenza, fresco, vibrante, di carattere, un trionfo di frutti rossi, tostature, lieviti ma anche fiori.

Un vino adatto ad accostamenti con antipasti all’italiana, taglieri di salumi e formaggi e personalmente lo amo con crudi di pesce, tartare e pecorini di media stagionatura.

🇬🇧 Principiano Ferdinando's Belen Champenoise Method sparkling wine was born from a winning idea. The idea of allocating the Barbera, early harvested, to the sparkling process.

Already endowed with great acidity, the base wine obtained from these grapes lends itself particularly well to the creation of classic method sparkling wines.

Belen is Ferdinando's wife and the wine is named after her.

A wine of great intensity and persistence, fresh, vibrant, full of character, a triumph of red fruits, toasts, yeasts but also flowers.

A wine suitable for matches with Italian antipasti, cold cuts and cheeses and personally I love it with raw fish, tartare and medium-aged pecorino cheese.
