🕯The Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology regretfully announces the death of Professor Krauz Vladislav Alekseevich🕯
On June 18, after a severe and prolonged illness, the former head of the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology of the SPCFU, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Vladislav Alekseevich Krauz, passed away.
V.A. Krauz graduated from the Leningrad Sanitary and Hygienic Medical Institute in 1966, after which he studied at the graduate school of the Department of Pharmacology of the IEM of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, where he later worked. In 1975-1979, he headed the Department of Pharmacology at the Orenburg Medical Institute, and in 1979-1987, the Department of Pharmacology at the Dnepropetrovsk Medical Institute. In 1987-1992 he worked at the Research Institute of Industrial and Marine Medicine.
For more than 20 years, V.A. Krause gave SPCFU - since 1993 as a professor of the Department of Pharmacology, in 2004-2011 - Head of the Department, and from 2011 to 2016 - Professor of the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology.
For services in the field of higher education V.A. Krauz was awarded the badges "For excellent success in work", "Excellent student of higher education" and Labor Veteran, medals named after NP Kravkov, named after AA Likhachev, and named after SV Anichkov.
In 1987, for the successes achieved in educational, scientific, educational work and a great personal contribution to the training of medical and scientific personnel, Vladislav Alekseevich was entered in the Book of Honor of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Institute.
V.A. Krause is the author and co-author of more than 200 scientific papers, including 4 monographs, a reference book on clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapy. Under his leadership, more than 20 dissertations were completed, including 6 doctoral dissertations.
